Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including delivery scheduling and transport arrangements
- Optimize supply chain routes and inventory management systems
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve delivery disruptions proactively
- Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse teams for seamless operations
- Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety protocols
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transport management
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's transport regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid Singaporean driving license (Class 3 or higher preferred)
