Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Liaise with warehouse personnel, transport vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks to maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and update daily logistics reports and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols within the warehouse and distribution area.
- Support shift handovers by documenting operational progress and identifying pending tasks for incoming teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and familiarity with WMS/ERP software is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a rotating shift schedule (including weekends/public holidays if required).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
