In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless movement of goods across borders while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.
As our Logistics Operation Executive, you will manage end-to-end documentation processes, handle critical import/export permits, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely shipments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily logistics operations, including the preparation and verification of import/export permits.
- Process and handle essential shipping documentation such as Airway Bills (AWB) and Bills of Lading (BOL).
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment clearances.
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to relevant departments to avoid operational delays.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all shipping records to ensure audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve documentation discrepancies or logistics bottlenecks as they arise.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs regulations and international trade policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations or import/export coordination.
- Proficiency in TradeNet or other customs declaration platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive documentation.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
