Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily logistics operations and coordinate with warehouse staff and transport partners.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for international shipping and project logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational delays proactively.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure all logistical activities adhere to company safety and quality standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports on performance metrics and logistics costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the supply chain cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding operations.
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with multiple parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
