- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports regarding key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery performance, and cost analysis.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely stock availability.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of new logistics software or systems and train staff on their usage.
- Prepare presentations for management summarizing operational findings and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in logistics operations, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of logistics concepts, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
