Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on delivery performance, courier efficiency, and route optimization.
- Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor real-time operational KPIs and escalate potential disruptions to management.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to maintain high service levels.
- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to reduce operational costs.
- Conduct periodic audits of logistics workflows to ensure accuracy and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of logistics management software or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
