Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and customs paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses, resolving any operational issues promptly.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Warehouse) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP software to maintain accurate data and generate operational reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with logistics software (ERP/WMS).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with vendors and clients.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Makati City.
