Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight shipment coordination, including booking, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, customs brokers, and ground handling agents to ensure timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics bottlenecks or delays to maintain schedule integrity.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to track cargo status in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to shipping inquiries and providing status updates.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with local aviation security and customs regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air freight operations or shipping/logistics coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with logistics management software.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
