What You'll Do
As a Logistics Operations Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end logistics operations for shipments across key Asian markets. You will monitor logistics performance, negotiate with carriers, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including warehousing, procurement, and customer service to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will lead regional shipment operations, coordinating with internal and external partners to achieve optimal results and high customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage regional shipment operations across Asia markets, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
- Optimize logistics routes and costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Track and report shipment status, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure all documentation and customs compliance are accurate and complete.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with regional exposure.
- Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
