Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient inventory control systems
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth transportation processes
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including customs forms and compliance records
- Monitor transportation routes and implement contingency plans for potential disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Singapore's customs regulations and import/export procedures
