Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations across the East Region supply chain
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements in logistics workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations
- Optimize inventory management and distribution networks
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve logistical issues and bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
