Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end import and export documentation processes.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the logistics management system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and trade policies.
- Assist in inventory control and warehouse coordination as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; structured on-the-job training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage but not mandatory.
