Search Personnel is representing a prestigious client in the global logistics and supply chain sector. We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Logistics Operations (Air Freight) specialist to manage critical shipping functions at Changi Airport.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end air freight export and import shipments.
- Liaise directly with airlines, carriers, and ground handling agents to secure space and ensure timely departures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real-time shipment updates and resolving operational issues.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including Airwaybills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, dangerous goods (DGR) handling, and international trade laws.
- Track and trace shipments proactively, managing exceptions and implementing contingency plans to minimize delays.
- Process operational data accurately within the company's logistics management system (LMS/WMS).
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate cargo acceptance, build-ups, and break-bulk operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in handling air freight documentation, particularly Master and House Airwaybills.
- Familiarity with local and international customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
- Candidates with knowledge of DG (Dangerous Goods) certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (airlines, customers, internal teams).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CargoWise or similar logistics software is preferred.
