As our Logistics Operations Specialist, you will manage end-to-end coordination with local and international vendors. You will play a critical role in negotiating pricing, verifying product availability, and optimizing delivery schedules to meet organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate effectively with local and overseas vendors to ensure consistent supply and service quality.
- Manage and negotiate pricing agreements to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor and verify product availability, addressing any potential stock shortages proactively.
- Develop and maintain optimized delivery schedules to meet strict operational deadlines.
- Track and report on shipment statuses, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics discrepancies, including customs issues, shipment delays, or quality variances.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and vendor performance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for international vendor correspondence.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of import/export regulations and local logistics landscape.
