Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse procedures for better operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding shipment updates and delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or warehousing operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
