Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is a leader in the manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Planner to join our team in Mandaue City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our distribution network, ensuring that our logistics operations run seamlessly to meet customer demand.
As a Logistics Planner, you will bridge the gap between our salesforce and our delivery teams. Your primary mission is to coordinate effectively with the Valenzuela office to verify promodiser availability and optimize delivery schedules. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that all items are dispatched efficiently and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate closely with the salesforce team in Valenzuela to monitor inventory and promodiser availability.
- Develop and manage daily delivery schedules to ensure optimal route efficiency.
- Monitor dispatch status and resolve potential delays to meet strict delivery timelines.
- Liaise between manufacturing, sales, and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with order priority.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all outgoing shipments and delivery completions.
- Proactively address and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks before they impact service levels.
- Generate periodic reports on delivery performance and logistics metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Planner, Dispatcher, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple regional offices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple dispatch tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and a flexible approach to changing business needs.
