Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate air freight shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization
- Manage documentation including air waybills, customs forms, and shipping instructions
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or transit issues
- Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Analyze freight rates and negotiate contracts with service providers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and company policies
- Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air freight operations
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and air cargo procedures
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
