Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize inventory levels and transportation costs
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure efficient material flow and order fulfillment
- Analyze logistics performance metrics (KPIs) and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate favorable service agreements
- Lead logistics staff through performance management, training, and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
- Proven track record in optimizing inventory management and transportation networks
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous
