Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency? Citicore Power Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Logistics/Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Juan City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that our sourcing, purchasing, and importation processes are seamless, cost-effective, and aligned with our organizational growth.
As we continue to lead in the energy sector, we need an expert who can navigate complex supply chain challenges, negotiate with key vendors, and maintain optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics workflows and support our mission of sustainable power generation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance and follow-up.
- Coordinate international and domestic importation logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and local laws.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and inventory records in the company ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, logistics, or import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of local customs brokerage processes, importation permits, and logistics documentation.
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
