Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for logistics initiatives across APAC markets
- Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and customer service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and project performance, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Manage project budgets and cost control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in logistics/supply chain industry
- Proven track record managing APAC-region logistics projects
- PMP or Prince2 certification required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and at least one Asian language
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
