Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics projects across the APAC region, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and IT, to implement efficient supply chain solutions.
- Analyze regional logistics data to identify performance bottlenecks and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and strategic updates.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project delivery during regional market shifts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics.
- Support the regional leadership team in evaluating new business opportunities and service expansion projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Deep understanding of APAC regional logistics landscapes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
