Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Optimize warehouse and transportation workflows to improve operational throughput and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and operational health.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, project management, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
- Expertise in ERP systems and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
