As a Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-day operations of our supply chain, ensuring that materials are procured on time and delivered to the right location. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve logistics issues and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage the purchasing cycle, from creating purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers to verifying invoices and goods received.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding shipment status, costs, and supplier performance.
- Ensure all logistics and purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work during dayshift hours and meet tight deadlines.
