Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of all outgoing goods to ensure they match customer orders and company quality standards.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping manifests and invoices to prevent shipping errors and discrepancies.
- Document and report any damaged items, packaging inconsistencies, or quantity shortages to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Maintain organized and accurate logs of all daily inspections and processed shipments for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with the loading team to ensure that products are handled safely and stored correctly within delivery vehicles.
- Perform regular spot checks on stored inventory to assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for the entire team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Checker, Quality Inspector, or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling numerical data and documentation.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout a standard full-time shift.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and verification tasks.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational issues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict dispatch deadlines.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse safety practices and equipment.
