Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure retention.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business leads.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate high-quality leads.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid Singapore driving license is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
