Hirea Group Bhuana, a dynamic and rapidly growing logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.
As a Logistics Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive suite of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain solutions.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. Your ability to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets will be essential to your success. You will work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 14,000,000 per month, plus attractive commission and bonus structures. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector across Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell logistics services (freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution) to decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong understanding of the local logistics market and networks in Jakarta and West Java.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a 'hunter' mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
