Tanggung Jawab
- Process and prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals for clients in a timely manner.
- Manage and track quotation status, following up with clients to ensure conversion and smooth order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery schedules.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate customer and order information.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents and logistics reports as required.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean Citizen only.
- GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or shipping processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
