Invenco Group is seeking a dynamic Logistics & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every repair order is processed with precision and that our cross-functional teams remain aligned to meet strict delivery timelines.
You will act as the primary liaison between our technical repair department and our valued clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend operational logistics with sales coordination, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our supply chain and customer satisfaction strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of repair orders, from intake to final delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including warehouse, technical teams, and sales, to optimize workflows.
- Monitor repair status and proactively communicate updates to clients regarding order timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory and service documentation within the ERP system.
- Resolve logistics-related issues or delays to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and coordinating shipment logistics for returned products.
- Prepare regular performance reports regarding order turnaround times and service efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, sales support, or order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory/ERP software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
