Adecco is currently seeking a highly skilled Logistics Senior Executive to join our team for a 6-month contract assignment within the government sector. This is a critical role where you will oversee and optimize logistics operations to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of essential supplies. You will manage the full spectrum of logistics activities, including coordinating with transport providers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
As a Senior Executive, you will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive shipping documents, analyzing logistics costs, and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. With a competitive salary cap of $4,800 per month, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency on a high-profile government project. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation, including shipping manifests and customs clearance papers.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Generate accurate reports on logistics performance, costs, and operational metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Negotiate terms with service providers to secure the best rates and service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and logistics software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and process improvement in logistics.
