As the Logistics Solution Engineer, Manager, you will act as the central technical authority for designing and implementing comprehensive logistics solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the entire Request for Quotation (RFQ) lifecycle, from initial scoping and network modeling to final technical proposal delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure our client's solutions are not only innovative but also operationally feasible and financially robust.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive logistics solutions for RFQs and RFPs, including warehousing layout, transportation networks, and system integration.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Perform sophisticated financial modeling and cost analysis to support supply chain strategies and client proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to define customer requirements and present compelling technical solutions.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying optimization opportunities, implementing best practices, and leveraging data analytics.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients during the solution design and transition phases.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, automation, and processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure all solutions align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while meeting customer SLAs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics solution engineering within a 3PL or supply chain environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
- Deep expertise in WMS, TMS, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven track record of managing complex RFQ processes and delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly preferred.
