As our Logistics Specialist, you will act as a primary point of contact for movers, vendors, and customers. Your role involves proactive communication, real-time tracking of shipments, and rapid resolution of operational bottlenecks. We are looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, keeps accurate records, and consistently seeks ways to improve our logistical processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport activities and mover schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide exceptional support to customers regarding shipment status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays in the supply chain through proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and costs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Generate routine reports on logistical performance and service levels.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
