In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, managing the end-to-end fulfillment cycle, optimizing inventory control, and ensuring that both our B2B and B2C clients receive their shipments with precision and speed.
As our Logistics Specialist, you will act as a key liaison between our warehouse operations, transport partners, and our valued customers. You will not only oversee daily dispatching and delivery workflows but also take a proactive approach to returns management and inventory reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for B2B and B2C channels to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Manage the end-to-end returns process, ensuring efficient processing and restocking of returned goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and third-party logistics partners to resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of shipping logistics, inventory control, and supply chain best practices.
