- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.
- Develop and implement efficient transportation routes and shipping schedules.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
- Prepare and present detailed logistics performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations in Metro Manila is a distinct advantage.
