As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport schedules to ensure timely delivery of poultry products.
- Manage fleet maintenance records and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline loading and unloading processes.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and transportation lead times.
- Maintain accurate logs of all logistics activities and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
- Monitor inventory levels in transit and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and external partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transport management, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of local transport laws and supply chain best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operations.
