In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with key stakeholders to meet stringent delivery timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Coordinate with local and international transport partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to be based in the Pioneer, West Region of Singapore.
