Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory tracking, shipping, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or supply chain bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including shipping manifests, customs forms, and internal status reports.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize logistics software and ERP tools to optimize route planning and reduce operational costs.
- Provide prompt support to stakeholders regarding shipment status and logistics-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with international teams.
- Willingness to work from the office in Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is a distinct advantage.
