Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Manage transportation networks and carrier relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and inventory records
- Ensure strict compliance with local/international regulations, safety standards, and trade policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities for optimal stock management
- Resolve logistical disruptions and implement contingency plans for supply chain continuity
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics operations within manufacturing or transport sectors
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and transportation protocols
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
