In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that high-precision semiconductor materials move seamlessly from our facility to global destinations.
As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage end-to-end logistics operations, including material handling, warehouse inventory integrity, and complex shipment coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end factory logistics, including raw material receiving and finished goods distribution.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies in the warehouse.
- Optimize material flow processes to reduce lead times and operational costs within the facility.
- Ensure full compliance with local transport regulations and international shipping standards for semiconductor equipment.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and supply chain disruptions proactively to maintain production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
