Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily logistics operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods to ensure seamless production support.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits to ensure system alignment with physical stock.
- Prepare and process essential shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, packing lists, customs declarations, bills of lading) with high accuracy.
- Utilize ERP systems (specifically SAP or equivalent) for order processing, inventory tracking, goods receipt, and management reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Production, Quality, Procurement) and external logistics providers to resolve issues and optimize the supply chain.
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies on Safety, Quality (ISO standards), and 5S housekeeping within the warehouse and logistics areas.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower logistics costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, or any related field.
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial setup. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of warehousing principles, inventory management techniques (FIFO/FEFO), and standard shipping/receiving procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of data accuracy, and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, extended hours, and report full-time to the Tanauan City, Batangas facility.
