To maintain our high standards of service and efficiency, we are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Logistics Staff member to join our growing operations team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
As a Logistics Staff member, you will play a vital role in the supply chain. Your core duties will encompass the meticulous monitoring of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and sufficient to meet demand. You will coordinate daily delivery schedules, manage the receiving and dispatch of goods, and oversee distribution activities to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Accuracy is paramount in this position. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of all logistics activities, including shipment logs, inventory reports, and delivery confirmations. By identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient processes, you will directly contribute to reducing operational costs and improving customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control inventory levels, performing regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and route plans to ensure on-time distribution.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory transactions, and operational reports.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocks.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the logistics workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably in the hardware or retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willing to work in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
