We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Staff to support our operations in Surabaya. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our project materials, from procurement and warehousing to final distribution. You will ensure that all operational requirements are met efficiently, maintaining the smooth flow of resources to our various projects.
As a Logistics Staff, you will play a key role in inventory management and administrative coordination. You will work closely with suppliers and project teams to guarantee that materials are available when needed and stored safely. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the procurement process for project materials and equipment to ensure timely acquisition.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including organizing storage areas and conducting regular stock audits.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials to project sites, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions and inventory levels.
- Liaise with suppliers to verify delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures for all stored items.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
