Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the procurement and installation of essential equipment for new branch setups.
- Ensure all workplace facilities are fully functional and compliant with company safety standards before branch launch.
- Assist in the inventory management and deployment of logistical tools and assets.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operational transitions and workflows.
- Monitor and report on the progress of branch opening projects to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to branch infrastructure and assets.
- Resolve minor facility issues and coordinate with service providers for timely repairs or maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or general facilities support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel to various branch sites as required for setup operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
