We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Logistics Supervisor to lead our supply chain and logistics operations in Makati City, Metro Manila.
About the Position
As the Logistics Supervisor, you will take full ownership of the logistics function. You will manage a team, oversee warehouse activities, coordinate transportation, and ensure all processes align with regulatory standards. Your strategic input will be vital in optimizing our supply chain, reducing costs, and improving service levels to our healthcare partners. The standard work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff to maximize efficiency and maintain high morale.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and operational issues to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Makati City.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
