Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily transport and delivery operations to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Develop and implement optimized routing strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Supervise a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with warehouse and production teams to synchronize inventory movement and distribution.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the transport and loading areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics or transport management.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong proficiency in Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Deep understanding of local transportation laws and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
