Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor day-to-day transport and logistics operations to ensure seamless product distribution.
- Supervise, train, and mentor transport staff to maintain high safety and performance standards.
- Optimize routing and fleet utilization to reduce operational costs and improve delivery turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government transport requirements.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, providing reports on operational efficiency and cost management.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales departments to align logistics efforts with business goals.
- Troubleshoot delivery delays and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of transport management systems (TMS) and fleet coordination.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing operational teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
