- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and staff activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service quality.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
