Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation scheduling, warehousing activities, and inventory control
- Lead a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Prepare and maintain operational reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize costs while maintaining service levels
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean logistics regulations and transportation systems
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit for Singapore
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is advantageous
