Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and automotive parts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce overhead costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and transport providers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse operational team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local transport regulations and warehouse safety standards in Singapore.
