Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily logistics operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics staff to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) in all warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with internal production and procurement teams to align material flow with production schedules.
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports to track inventory accuracy and operational performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing supervision.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and warehouse management software.
- Solid understanding of logistics principles, inventory control, and transport regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
