Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff and transport teams to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability and reduce waste.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve route efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse and transport zones.
- Manage documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve logistical issues and maintain strong business relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Valid driving license and a solid knowledge of Malaysian transport regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
